History
Founded in 1993 by Vedat Semiz, the shipyard quickly established itself in the superyacht sector by focusing on custom projects. Over the years, it has delivered 12 unique yachts of various sizes, carving out a distinct niche in the market.
Facilities
The shipyard features covered workshops totaling 4,000 square meters, enabling them to deliver 1-2 superyachts annually, as well as perform maintenance and refit services for both sailing and motor yachts.

Recently, Ada Yacht Works has been collaborating with Uldas Yacht Design for exterior design and renowned Italian designer Luca Dini, who is working on the interiors of their new yacht projects.
Range
To date, Ada Yacht Works has delivered six superyachts, with the largest being the 47-meter steel sailing yacht Zenith, designed by Gerard Dykstra and launched in 2013.

Among their notable projects is the 39-meter wooden sailing yacht LE PIETRE (2009), which earned third place at the Bodrum International Cup in 2009.

Recent projects include the 50-meter motor yacht NB10. The first hull of this series was launched in 2023, with the second hull, 50 Z, scheduled for delivery to its owner in 2025.
