History
Aicon Yachts began its journey in Milan, Italy, in 1993 as a furniture manufacturer for hotels. Three years later, the company relocated to Sicily and shifted its focus to yacht furniture. In 1999, Aicon made a major pivot, entering the luxury yacht market. Their debut model, the Aicon ’56, was recognized at the 2005 Cannes Boat Show, winning the award for Best Flybridge Yacht in the under-60-foot category.
However, due to the decline in demand during the global financial crisis of 2008, Aicon Yachts was forced to halt yacht production. The brand remained inactive until 2018, when it was acquired by entrepreneurs Mark-Udo Broich and John Weners.
