History

Antonini Navi was founded in 1943 by Walter Antonini in La Spezia, initially focusing on the repair of metal structures damaged during World War II bombings. The company quickly earned a reputation as an expert and became a trusted partner for ENI. By 1963, Antonini expanded into the industrial sector, supplying marine structures and installations for oil platforms.

In the following years, Walter Antonini, along with his son Claudio, decided to invest further by purchasing a beach site in Baia di Pertusola, located in the Gulf of La Spezia. This strategic move marked the beginning of the family’s involvement in the construction and repair of large commercial vessels for third parties. They also took on the transportation and installation of the structures they built, further solidifying their reputation in the maritime industry.

Since 2000, Antonini has actively engaged in yacht construction, offering bespoke solutions for various marine needs. In 2020, the Antonini family, alongside Aldo Manna - an experienced marine engineer with over 25 years in the yacht industry - founded Antonini Navi. This new venture represents a fresh chapter in the company’s evolution, blending the family’s legacy with the creation of luxurious, custom-built motor yachts, marking their entry into the high-end yacht market.
