AVA Yachts was founded in 2005 by Turkish designer Atilla Kucukdiker as a shipbuilding and engineering company. Since then, the team has designed and developed a variety of motor and sailing yachts using materials such as steel, aluminum, wood, and fiberglass. In recent years, AVA Yachts has focused on producing its new line of motor yachts, the Kando series.

AVA Yachts' primary production facility, spanning 5,000 square meters, is located in the Antalya Free Trade Zone. This site handles the entire yacht construction process, from hull fabrication to interior outfitting, including custom furniture and upholstery. The delivery time for a yacht is estimated to be between 18 to 30 months.

AVA Yachts offers motor yacht models across the following lines:

• Kando: Expedition yachts made of steel and aluminum, with a range exceeding 7,000 nautical miles (24 to 47 meters).
• Voyage: Aluminum motor yachts with a range of 2,900 nautical miles, including the 26-meter M/Y VOYAGE ONE.

The flagship of the shipyard's fleet is the 35-meter superyacht M/Y INFINITY NINE, built in 2022 for NBA star Tony Parker.
