History
Cantieri di Pisa began its journey in 1945 in the small Italian town of Limite sull'Arno, where entrepreneurs Gino Bini and Antonio Sostegni started by building wooden boats for the Italian police. Responding to changing demands, the shipyard shifted focus in 1957 to constructing small motor yachts.
The shipyard gained notable popularity with its range of yachts from 10 to 20 meters, named after stars in the Eridanus constellation, solidifying the iconic status of the Akhir series, designed by Pierluigi Spadolini.
Since 2005, Cantieri di Pisa has undergone a series of ownership changes. Initially, it became part of Gruppo Baglietto. In 2015, it was acquired by Mondomarine. Three years later, to expand its model range, the Finnish company Baltic Yachts, known previously only for sailing yachts, purchased the shipyard.
