History
Founded in 1974 by master shipbuilder Giovanni Castagnola, the company carries his name as a symbol of its heritage. Today, the shipyard is led by his nephew, Gabriele Maestri, who has innovated the construction process by introducing WTS technology, which involves applying a fiberglass layer to wooden hulls for enhanced durability and performance.
