History
The history of Cayman Yachts dates back to 1990, when the brand first emerged under the guidance of Luigi Prosperi at Mochi Craft, developing a new series of yachts with top-tier interiors. In 1996, Prosperi set out on his own, relocating the brand to La Spezia and establishing a new shipyard, Cantieri Navali del Tirreno, to bring his ambitious vision to life.
Around the same time, the shipyard began collaborating with Flag Marine Group on the construction of several models. After a decade of close partnership, the two shipyards decided to unite under the Cayman Yachts brand. This merger aimed to introduce new yacht series while modernizing existing models, taking them to the next technological level without compromising the brand’s signature Italian elegance and individuality.
The first model from this newly unified company was the 14-meter S450 hardtop motor yacht, unveiled at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2017. In September 2018, the brand launched its flagship model, the 27-meter F920 flybridge yacht.
