History
Founded in 1987 by sailors Dieter Gust and Olivier Lafourcade in Bordeaux on the Garonne River, CNB launched its first yacht, the 28-meter M/Y MARI-CHA II, just two years later.

CNB operated as an independent brand for only five years before joining the Beneteau Group in 1992. The integration brought new investments that introduced innovative construction methods, including building the entire interior off-site, which significantly expedited the yacht production process.

In 2022, CNB was acquired by the Italian company Solaris Yachts, which relocated the production from France to Italy.
Facilities
CNB is currently based at the Solaris Yachts production facility, which spans 26,000 square meters, including 6,000 square meters of covered spaces, and employs over 900 highly skilled professionals.

For their projects, CNB collaborates with renowned designers such as Philippe Briand, Bill Dixon, and Herman Frers, among others.
Range
CNB's fleet includes over 50 custom-built sailboats ranging from 20 to 36 meters, known for their exceptional seaworthiness and reliability. These yachts are capable of navigating even icy waters.

In addition to custom projects, CNB offers five semi-custom models:

  • The Bordeaux 60: A luxury aluminum cruising yacht measuring 18.6 meters.
  • The CNB 66: A 21-meter yacht with a Mediterranean cockpit.
  • The CNB 76: A yacht constructed from aluminum and carbon.
  • The CNB 88: A 24-meter luxury yacht made from fiberglass.
  • The CNB 78: A 24.85-meter fiberglass cruising yacht.

The last two models were announced in 2022.
