Dalla Pietà was founded by Giuseppe Dalla Pietà in the 1950s as a producer of small mahogany boats, ranging from 4 to 7 meters in length, with its headquarters located on the island of Giudecca in Venice.

To meet growing demand for larger boats and yachts, as well as to improve logistics, the shipyard relocated its production site to Marghera in 1978. Ten years later, it moved again, this time to Malcontenta, where it remained until its closure.

Between 2002 and 2009, the company experienced significant growth, increasing production by 700% during this period. However, the economic crisis of 2009 proved too challenging, and the shipyard closed its doors a year later.

Before closing, the Dalla Pietà shipyard produced five yacht models ranging from 16 to 27 meters in length. The lineup included:

• 58 HT: A 16-meter yacht with a hardtop and semi-enclosed saloon.
• 62 Fly: An 18-meter planing yacht with a flybridge.
• 72 Fly: A 23-meter planing yacht featuring a spacious flybridge.
• 72 HT: A 23-meter cruising yacht with a sleek hardtop.
• 80 HT: A 26-meter cruising yacht with a hardtop, designed for luxurious long-range voyages.

Each model combined Dalla Pietà's signature Italian craftsmanship with high-performance design.
