History
In 1988, Edoardo Spreafico, owner of the brokerage company Cielo Terra Mare, founded Cantieri Navali Falcon in Viareggio, laying the foundation for the Falcon yacht brand. By 2020, the company had built a fleet of 35 luxury motor yachts, with the flagship being the 35-meter superyacht M/Y HELIOS, launched in 2010.
In 2019, the yacht division of an international group from the Middle East acquired and fully modernized the production facilities on the Navicelli Canal (Pisa). In 2020, after purchasing the Falcon brand, they initiated the design and construction of new superyacht models in the 40-50 meter segment.

Facilities
The main assembly site of Falcon Yachts, covering 11,000 square meters, is located on the banks of the Navicelli Canal in Pisa, Italy. The facility includes three covered hangars: two are dedicated to the assembly, finishing, and outfitting of hulls, while the third is used for metalworking.
Range
Currently, Falcon Yachts offers a single model, the 38 MT, a 37-meter superyacht with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. The exterior design was developed in collaboration with Horacio Bozzo Design, while the interior was created by Massari Design.
