History
After selling the Pershing Yachts brand to the Ferretti Group, Fausto Filippetti, co-founder of the sports yacht manufacturer, established a small distribution company representing Pershing in Italy and France. The company's strong performance led Fausto to consider launching his own yacht manufacturing venture. This vision materialized in 2004 with the introduction of the Evo flybridge series, designed by Fulvio De Simoni. The success of the initial models spurred the development of new series. In 2008, the Daemon open-class series was introduced, and in 2009, the first yacht of the Sport series was launched under the Filippetti Yacht brand.

The headquarters and production facility of Filippetti Yacht, covering 7,000 square meters, are located in Mondolfo, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, Italy. The site includes the production area, office space, a yacht exhibition center, and a showroom.
