History
Lynx Yachts was founded in 2011 by Tunisian-born entrepreneur Slim Bouricha, who decided to establish his own shipyard after facing challenges in maintaining full control over the construction of his future yacht.
The first yacht under the Lynx brand was the 34-meter motor yacht M/Y HELIAD II, launched in May 2013. Just a year later, the shipyard built its first superyacht support vessel, the 24-meter M/Y YXT ONE, marking the beginning of the successful Yacht-X-Tender (YXT) series.

Facilities
Lynx Yachts' main production facility is located in Nijkerk, Netherlands, featuring a temperature-controlled construction hall and a 70-meter quay. This setup allows the shipyard to simultaneously build up to three superyachts in the 40-45 meter range, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
Range
Lynx Yachts offers a diverse range of motor yachts made of steel and aluminum across the following lines:
- Crossover – Long-range explorers (24-27 meters) designed for slower cruising with impressive range.
- YXT – Superyacht support vessels (20-24 meters) built to accompany larger yachts.
- Audace – Sporty cruisers (14 meters) for high-performance cruising.
Additionally, the shipyard has a dedicated division that specializes in the construction of custom displacement yachts, allowing maximum project customization to meet each client's specific needs.
