History
Maiora's history began in the 1970s when Francesco Guidetti and Mirna Santucci founded a small company specializing in the construction of fiberglass yacht hulls.
The Maiora brand itself was established in 1980. Five years later, the shipyard was acquired by Fipa Italiana, which set an ambitious goal to evolve from a hull supplier to a full-fledged yacht builder. With additional investment, the new shipbuilding group quickly carved out its niche in the European luxury yacht market and expanded its lineup to include displacement superyachts through the acquisition of CBI Navi in 2005.
To date, Maiora has launched over 250 hulls.

Facilities
Depending on the yacht's length, Maiora constructs its vessels at two different facilities: yachts up to 26 meters are built at the shipyard in Viareggio, while superyachts over 30 meters are constructed at the 80,000-square-meter facility in Massa.
Range
Currently, Maiora offers two series models to its clients: the Maiora 30 flybridge yacht and the Maiora 35 Exuma sport superyacht. Additionally, the Maiora 42 Exuma is in the design phase.
Beyond these series models, the shipyard also builds full-custom yachts, tailoring the layout, engines, hull contours, colors, and interior to meet the specific needs of each client.
