The flagship of their yacht fleet is the 82.5-meter megayacht M/Y EMIR, launched in 1985.

History
The history of Mitsubishi dates back to 1884 when Yataro Iwasaki leased the government-owned Nagasaki Shipyard. By 1934, this venture had evolved into a conglomerate known as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd., encompassing shipbuilding, heavy machinery, aircraft, and railway car production.
In 2018, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries restructured its shipbuilding business into two separate subsidiaries: Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Marine Structure Co., Ltd.
