Pearl Yachts began its journey in 1998 when experienced captain Ian Smallridge and businessman John Yarnold established their own motor yacht manufacturing company. The launch of the shipyard was marked by the debut of two motor yacht models, the Pearl 41 and 45, at the Southampton Boat Show, which garnered significant interest from both yachting experts and potential clients.

In 2003, seasoned yachtsman Anthony Whittaker joined the business after commissioning a Pearl yacht for himself. This partnership led to a reimagining of the company’s vision and the introduction of new models, including the Pearl 50, 55, and 60.

Throughout its history, Pearl Yachts has built and delivered over a hundred motor yachts to satisfied clients.

Pearl Yachts, headquartered in Warwick, UK, operates two manufacturing facilities located in Gosport, United Kingdom, and Xiamen, China.

Currently, the Pearl Yachts fleet consists of four motor yacht models ranging from 18 to 30 meters: the Pearl 62, 72, 82, and 95.

The flagship of the shipyard is the Pearl 75, which was introduced in 2012. This model features naval architecture by renowned designer Bill Dixon, with interiors crafted in collaboration with the acclaimed designer Kelly Hoppen.
