In 2008, Princess became part of the LVMH conglomerate, led by Bernard Arnault, the world’s largest luxury goods corporation, which includes over 70 prestigious brands such as Tiffany & Co., Christian Dior, and Loro Piana.
Over time, the size and seafaring capabilities of Princess yachts have continued to grow. In the 2010s, the shipyard launched its largest superyacht ever, the Princess 40M, and its fastest yacht, the Princess R35.
Due to the high popularity of Princess models, the company’s order book has reached record levels over the past decade, surpassing $1 billion in 2017.
