Radež d.d. was founded in 1954 in the town of Blato as a company specializing in the manufacturing of ship equipment. As demand for leisure vessels grew and with its extensive experience in the shipbuilding industry, the shipyard expanded its operations to include the custom construction of superyachts alongside its core production.

The primary production facility of Radež Shipyard is located on the western side of Korčula Island, Croatia. It features a main hangar with two assembly halls, each extending 350 meters in length, along with workshops for mechanical processing, cutting, sandblasting, and more.

Radež Shipyard specializes in the custom construction of steel and aluminum sailing and motor superyachts, ranging from 40 to 52 meters in length. The flagship of the Turquoise brand is the 52-meter sailing motor superyacht M/Y REPOSADO,
