The growing popularity of Riviera yachts quickly propelled the brand onto two major markets— the U.S. and Europe— within just 10 years. This success encouraged the company to expand its range of models, and by 2012, Riviera Boats had built over 5,000 yachts.
In March 2012, Gold Coast entrepreneur Rodney Longhurst acquired the shipyard, preserving the brand and investing in its continued growth and development.
