Rosetti was founded in 1925, building upon the existing shipbuilding enterprise Rosetti Menotti. The shipyard continued to produce a variety of vessels, including barges, tugs, supply boats, passenger liners, and luxury yachts.

Since 2017, Rosetti has actively ventured into a new sector: the construction of superyachts under the brand Rosetti Superyachts. This transition reflects the company's commitment to innovation and excellence in the luxury yacht market.

Rosetti Superyachts' production facility in Ravenna, spanning 257,000 square meters, is considered the second-largest shipyard in Italy. Over 1,200 highly skilled professionals work on site, which includes 64,700 square meters of assembly hangars designed to accommodate the construction of superyachts and megayachts ranging from 35 to 120 meters. This state-of-the-art facility enables Rosetti Superyachts to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and innovation on a grand scale.

Rosetti Superyachts offers four semi-custom explorer-type motor yachts ranging from 37 to 65 meters:

The flagship of the Rosetti fleet is the 38-meter motor yacht M/Y RSY C.129, based on the RSY 38m EXP model, which was launched in May 2024. This vessel represents the perfect combination of exploration capability and luxurious comfort.
