History
Sirena Marine was founded in 2006 as a joint venture between the Turkish holding company Kıraça and the shipbuilding conglomerate Azimut-Benetti Group, with the aim of producing new yacht models under license from the Italian shipyard conglomerate.

The company has collaborated with renowned designers and architects such as Herman Frers, Tommaso Spadolini, and Cor D. Rover on its projects.

In 2019, Sirena Marine launched its flagship model, the Sirena 88, featuring a Raised Pilothouse.
Facilities
Yachts from the Sirena brand are built at a 14,000-square-meter facility located on the shores of the Sea of Marmara in Bursa, Turkey. This factory also produces models for other brands under Azimut, including Azuree, Euphoria, and Magellano.
Range
Sirena Marine's fleet consists of five models of cruising semi-displacement yachts, ranging from 16 to 28 meters: Sirena 48 (launched in September 2023), 58, 68, 78, and 88.

Additionally, the shipyard offers luxury superyacht projects in the Sirena SuperYachts series, with customizable interiors. These models include the 35M, 42M, and 50M.
