History
Tansu Yachts was founded in 1996 in Istanbul by Rıza Tansu, and just two years later, it launched its first 23-meter yacht, Troy Explorer, built to a custom design.
From the start of production until 2021, the shipyard delivered 24 superyachts, including the 36-meter NOMADE (now Preference19), which was presented at the Monaco Yacht Show in 2011 and received widespread acclaim from industry experts.
Since 2021, following a partnership with Angelo Casartelli, the founder of Sundeck Yachts, Tansu Yachts has announced a reimagining of its concept and the launch of several new projects.
