History
Tecnomar's history began in 1986 when Italian families Zappelli and Sarti acquired the Bruno Benetti shipyard. The following year, they launched the Tecnomar brand, focusing on the production of boats and motor yachts up to 20 meters in length.

In 2009, the shipyard was acquired by Giovanni Costantino, who streamlined production and laid the foundation for the creation of a major yacht-building group, The Italian Sea Group. This group later incorporated brands such as Admiral, Picchiotti, Perini Navi, NCA Refit, and CELI.

On June 8, 2021, The Italian Sea Group went public on the Milan Stock Exchange, and by 2023, the company's market capitalization reached $379 million.

Over the past two years, Tecnomar has developed a new, highly efficient production system, representing a significant innovation for the traditional shipbuilding sector. Continuous investments in equipment and production technologies, coupled with the unique expertise of the professional team, have created unparalleled technical and industrial know-how.
