History
The history of Turquoise Yachts began with a close collaboration between two Turkish shipbuilders, Proteksan Yachts Incorporated and Turquoise Yacht Construction, on a joint project: the 50-meter yacht M/Y TURQUOISE (now known as M/Y DOUBLE TROUBLE), which was launched in 1994. The success of this model in the market led to the merger of the two companies in 1997, forming Proteksan Turquoise Yachts.
From 2000 to 2014, the company launched 17 yachts, including iconic models like M/Y TURQUOISE, M/Y TALISMAN C, and M/Y QUANTUM OF SOLACE. During this period, they also established Celik Yat, a subcontracting facility dedicated to building yacht hulls and superstructures. Following MB Holding's acquisition of a controlling stake, the company rebranded as Turquoise Yachts.

Facilities
Turquoise Yachts operates two state-of-the-art, seafront facilities. The headquarters and a 25,000-square-meter shipyard in Pendik, Istanbul, handle the construction and finishing of the yachts. The shipyard in Kocaeli focuses on the final assembly and fitting of the yacht hulls and superstructures, as well as the installation of equipment.
To transport yachts between these facilities, Turquoise Yachts utilizes a 66-meter floating dock, capable of accommodating vessels up to 2,500 tons.

Range
The fleet of Turquoise Yachts consists of over 25 motor and sailing superyachts with steel hulls and aluminum superstructures, ranging from 32 to 77 meters in length. In 2023, the shipyard launched two notable yachts: M/Y INFINITE JEST and M/Y JEWELS.
The current flagship of the shipyard is the 77-meter M/Y GO, unveiled to the public at the 2018 Monaco Yacht Show. It is the largest megayacht ever built by Turquoise Yachts.
In addition, there are six superyacht and megayacht projects, ranging from 42 to 87 meters, currently in the advanced stages of development.
Proud of its skilled workforce and commitment to sustainable development, Turquoise Yachts continuously adapts, evolves, and pushes the boundaries of innovation in the superyacht industry.
