History
Ustaoglu shipyard was founded in 1968 in Karadeniz Ereğli as a company specializing in the construction and maintenance of fishing and passenger vessels. To meet the growing demand for recreational boats, the company expanded its production in 1982 and began building yachts. In 2005, Ustaoglu moved to a larger facility covering 115,000 square meters, featuring five open assembly docks (up to 185 meters), workshops, and office buildings, employing over 700 highly skilled professionals today.
