History
Wim van der Valk shipyard began its journey in 1967, initially producing small pleasure boats and aft-cabin yachts with full-beam layouts. During those years, the shipyard launched several notable series, including the Valkkruiser, Comfort, Royal, Falcon, and Super Falcon, followed by the Vitesse series of steel and aluminum yachts.

However, the company’s hallmark became the Continental I series, with over 100 hulls produced since the late 1990s.
Facilities
The main production facility of Wim van der Valk is located in Waalwijk, in the southern province of North Brabant. It comprises the company headquarters, two assembly sheds (36 and 43 meters long), a 120-meter quay with a 30-ton crane, and high-tech workshops (including metalworking, assembly, painting, and carpentry shops) that ensure the complete construction process of a yacht.
Range
Wim van der Valk offers a range of motor yachts from 25 to 45 meters in their CUSTOM, CONCEPTS, BEACHCLUB, and SERIES lines. Each yacht provides extensive customization options, allowing clients to tailor the layout, components, systems, and overall design to their specific needs, with the option to work alongside an in-house designer.

The flagship of the Wim van der Valk fleet is the 27-meter M/Y THE NEXT EPISODE (Continental III model), launched in 2014. This yacht features both exterior and interior designs developed in collaboration with Guido de Groot Design.
