Vanquish Yachts was founded in 2012 by entrepreneur and professional welder Tom Steentjes, who transitioned from selling custom equipment to launching his own yacht business. The first model, the VQ32, was designed for use on lakes and was launched in 2013. The immense demand for high-speed recreational vessels has since allowed the company to expand its lineup to include superyachts.

Vanquish Yachts offers 17 models of high-performance powerboats and motor yachts made from aluminum or composites, ranging from 3 to 35 meters, with extensive customization options tailored to meet client specifications. Almost all of the manufacturer's models can achieve top speeds exceeding 40 knots, while the Veloce series boasts speeds of over 50 knots.
