ABILITY is a 42-metre motor yacht built by Codecasa in 2007, extensively refitted in 2023, with the hull and superstructure repainted in 2025. Constructed entirely from aluminium, she combines lightweight efficiency with impressive performance, reaching a cruising speed of 22 knots and a maximum speed of 30 knots.

Her propulsion system consists of three MTU 16V2000 M93 diesel engines producing 2,400 hp each, coupled with ZF 3060 gearboxes and Kamewa Rolls-Royce waterjets with high-speed boosters. Humphree interceptors optimize trim and stability, while fuel consumption is approximately 900 L/h at cruising speed and 645 L/h at 12 knots.

ABILITY accommodates up to 11 guests in five well-appointed cabins on the lower deck, all with en-suite facilities. Crew quarters house 8 staff members, ensuring full-service operation. Spacious exterior decks feature sunbathing, dining, and lounge areas, complemented by a main salon with a large dining table and comfortable relaxation spaces.

The yacht is equipped with advanced navigation and communication systems, including Furuno radar, GPS, Sperry Marine autopilot, AIS, depth sounders, and VHF/MF/HF radios. Onboard utilities include two 65 kW Kohler generators, full lighting, air conditioning, water purification, and comprehensive safety systems with emergency alarms and life-saving equipment.

During the 2023–2025 refit, ABILITY received extensive upgrades: new AV and internet systems, updated soft furnishings and carpets, air conditioning, generators and engines overhauls, Kamewa system servicing, hull and deck lighting, repainting of hull and superstructure, deck surfaces, and hydraulic systems.
