The motor yacht AURELIA, launched by Heesen in 2011 and having undergone multiple refits, is one of the most recognizable yachts in the world. Its extravagant exterior pays homage to the legacy of sports cars, featuring the number 10 emblem, as it is the tenth yacht in the Heesen 3700 series, and its hull is painted in the colors of Gulf Oil Racing.
AURELIA offers luxurious and spacious accommodations with interiors designed by Bannenberg & Rowell, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship and automotive style features. The master cabin is located forward on the main deck, while three double guest cabins are situated on the lower deck. All cabins are equipped with TVs and en-suite bathrooms. The main salon provides ample space for relaxation, and the outdoor areas include a partially shaded aft cockpit, a large sun deck with a bar, and additional lounging spaces on the foredeck. The yacht’s garage can be converted into a beach club.
Powered by two MTU 16V 4000 M90 diesel engines, AURELIA reaches a top speed of 30 knots and has a range of 1,900 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 12 knots. Seakeeper gyrostabilizers, replaced in 2021 and 2023, ensure stability and comfort, especially at anchor. The yacht's design also emphasizes noise and vibration reduction, featuring double glazing, soundproofing tiles, and additional insulation layers.
