The exterior design of the Azimut S6, crafted by Stefano Righini, is distinguished by its unique bronze hull. One of its standout features is the superstructure windows, inspired by the facets of a diamond, which are divided into sections and set at three different angles. This innovative design creates a stunning play of reflections and geometric forms that immediately capture attention.
The functional layout and design of the Azimut S6 reflect contemporary trends toward spaciousness, comfort, and convenience, while maintaining the essence of the S Collection. Onboard, the yacht accommodates up to six guests in three beautifully appointed cabins. The bright master cabin is centrally located in the hull on the lower deck, featuring a diagonal double bed that enhances movement within the space. Additionally, there is a separate cabin for the captain.
Powered by three Volvo Penta IPS 700 engines, the Azimut S6 offers remarkable fuel efficiency—up to 30% savings at a cruising speed of 30 knots compared to traditional shaft drive systems—while also minimizing noise and vibration. The IPS propulsion system features a 7.7-liter Volvo Penta D8 engine with 550 horsepower, allowing the yacht to reach a maximum speed of 35 knots. At a cruising speed of 30 knots, fuel consumption is approximately 255 liters per hour across all three engines, providing a range of 275 nautical miles.
The combination of fiberglass and carbon composites in the construction process has reduced the yacht's weight while enhancing internal volume, as well as static and dynamic stability. Key components, including the superstructure, panoramic skylight, swim platform, tender garage, and part of the deck, are made from carbon fiber utilizing Azimut's innovative Carbon Tech technology.
