Unique design and innovative engineering distinguish the Bering 120. The extraordinary luxury explorer is designed to push the boundaries of superyacht safety and comfort.
With an overall length of less than 37.1 meters, the B120 boasts a displacement of 437 tons. The width of 8.9 meters is outstanding for its class. Exceptional capacity gives the flexibility to customize the interior layout of the yacht according to the needs of the customer.
The Bering 120 has 288 m2 of exterior space, more than 273 m2 of interior space, an additional 130.5 m2 of crew quarters and more than 176 m2 of technical space. Two MAN diesel engines produce enough power to propel the vessel to 10-12 knots at cruising speed for over 4,000 nautical miles, with a top speed of 14 knots.
The B120 is Phathom Studio's first collaboration with Bering Yachts to design a flexible, charter-friendly explorer offering amenities for larger yachts under 500 GT.
The flexible and functional layout has been carefully crafted to meet both charter and owner requests, and includes many innovative spaces and amenities not found on vessels of this size.
Phathom sought to create a dynamic and sensitively balanced exterior. Great attention was paid to the overall proportions of the vessel to visually reduce the superstructure height compared to the length, as many explorers tend to feel too tall in this size segment. This purposeful yet elegant exterior is sure to stand the test of time.
