FALCO 24

Codecasa Due Falco 24 is an elegant and spacious 81-foot motor yacht, built in 1995 and located in Italy. Constructed from aluminum with a deep Vee hull, this yacht can reach a cruising speed of up to 25 knots. Designed for comfort and convenience, Codecasa Due Falco 24 accommodates 10 guests in five luxurious cabins and three crew members in two cabins.

The main salon is expansive and thoughtfully divided into distinct areas, including a lounge, dining area, helm station, and a bar with a galley. The large flybridge features a second helm station, a bar, a dining table, a sunbathing area, and space for a tender and jet ski with a dedicated crane.

Equipped with advanced navigation and maneuvering systems, Codecasa Due Falco 24 includes autopilot, radar, Furuno VHF, GPS/plotter, and tridate. Additional amenities include a bow thruster, a swim ladder, a windlass, and a fully equipped galley with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker.

In 2017, the yacht underwent a comprehensive refit, which included the installation of new engines, a gyro stabilizer, water jets, and generators. The electrical and hydraulic systems in the engine room were upgraded, and the hull, superstructure, and bar were repainted. The refit also added new air conditioning systems, an engine exhaust system, exterior teak flooring, and new black and gray water tanks. Further updates included disassembling and reassembling portholes, new engine room insulation, and painting the bilges and engine room.

For entertainment and convenience, the yacht features a new audio and video system, SAT phone, exterior camera, adjustable exterior lighting, two new refrigerators, and new furniture such as "Florenza" chairs in the lounge and new mattresses in the cabins. The flybridge is equipped with a Bimini top and new exterior cushions.
