ELEVATOR

We are installing a Bertazzoni elevator with a clear glass body for a 300° view and stainless steel framing. Bertazzoni, Italy's leading marine elevator firm, boasts an unmatched customer list of first-class yachts.

BEACH AREA

The beach area, starting at 70 sq. meters and expanding to 100 sq. meters when the platforms are opened, features a professional sauna, large shower, bar, and fitness area for guests.

SWIMMING POOL

The fore part of the upper deck features a large swimming pool, 3.0 x 7.0 meters, 20% larger than typical for its class, with 6 hydromassage points and a counter-current swimming machine. The pool interior is lined with Bisazza tiles and the exterior in teak.

GANGWAY

The main gangway by Pin Craft, known for custom-built solutions, rotates up to 90° to facilitate access when moored alongside. It includes a 1.5-meter extension for easier boarding and disembarking.

AV & DOMOTIC

Mr. Aintabi chose a top Dutch firm for state-of-the-art Audio Video and home automation. Basalte switch plates are installed throughout, including crew areas, with Lutron-powered electric curtains and lighting managed by a Lutron Driver system.

AIR CONDITIONING

The yacht boasts an innovative "4 pipes system" for air conditioning, ensuring year-round optimal performance. It provides a primary system for all areas and a secondary system dedicated to crew quarters when the Owner and guests are absent.
