Oceano 44

Mangusta (Overmarine) / 44.47 m / 2027 / Italy
/ Price on application
Description
The streamlined profile of the Mangusta Oceano 44 is the result of collaboration between Overmarine architects and designer Alberto Mancini, who crafted both the yacht's exterior and interior. With its impressive volumes and a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, this stunning three-deck yacht offers the comfort and functionality of a luxurious villa on water. The careful selection and harmonious combination of materials accentuate the elegance of the Oceano 44.

Extensive use of glass introduces a new level of ambiance on board. Sliding glass partitions on the main and upper decks open up the salons to create inviting, open-air spaces. Traditional steel railings and bulwarks are replaced with glass surfaces, enhancing the openness and uninterrupted views.

A key highlight of the superyacht is its two panoramic pools. The first pool, located on the foredeck, features an “island” in the form of a large sunbed, while the second pool serves as the centerpiece of one of the lounge areas on the sundeck. The expansive upper deck, measuring 104 square meters, invites guests to enjoy panoramic views from cozy sofas or at the bar. The aft beach club becomes the social heart at sea level, transforming into a spacious retreat with fold-out side terraces.

The master suite is located on the main deck, outfitted with panoramic windows and a fold-out balcony, while the VIP suite on the upper deck and four additional guest cabins on the lower deck offer a range of luxurious accommodations.

Designed for long journeys, the Mangusta Oceano 44, known as a "glass villa," provides its owners not only with beauty and comfort but also with outstanding performance. With a range of 4,500 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 11 knots and a maximum speed of 16 knots, the yacht delivers remarkable comfort both underway and at anchor, enhanced by stabilizers that ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience on the water.

Key features
AN OVERWATER GLASS VILLA
The bulwarks and steel handrails have been replaced by transparent glass panes flush with the teak floors, introducing unprecedented solutions and volumes that would been unthinkable on a traditional three-decker.
THE HEART OF SOCIAL LIFE
The beach area is the heart of social life: once the transom is opened and the side terraces are unfolded, a 180° marine environment is obtained, brightened by the natural light that filters through the side openings and the partially glazed upper deck
SECLUDED AND EXCLUSIVE OWNER SUITE
The master suite located in the main deck features a fully automated balcony, from where the Owner can enjoy a private view of the ocean.
"THE ISLAND"
A sunbathing area entirely surrounded by water (hence the name “The Island”) which can be easily accessed via a teak deck, thereby creating a truly full-immersion experience. Part of the pool bottom is transparent, so as to let light shine through and brighten the owner’s suite shower located on the main deck
