SD90

Part of Sanlorenzo's SD range of semi-displacement yachts, the SD90 is said to be inspired by the sweeping exterior lines of 1930s transatlantic liners. As the entry-level model in the series, the SD90 offers the same technological features as its larger brethren in a smaller yacht. The SD90 measures 27.43 meters in length. The exterior design is by Zuccon International Project and the interior by Patricia Urquiola. The result of Sanlorenzo's ongoing research, SD90's design also focuses on end-to-end technological efficiency in terms of performance and materials.

The smooth lines and blunt nose, characteristic of all SD series models, are particularly appealing for this small model, where the sporty spirit has been replaced by a more traditional look. The aft flybridge extends over the stern of the main deck, creating a lovely sheltered area ideal for entertaining, while the flybridge itself is protected by a large black carbon fiber hardtop. The aft platform is spacious, can be lowered underwater thanks to hydraulics, and hides a tender garage in its center section. Two side steps lead up to the main deck, to the cockpit with a four-seater sofa and table. 

A glass sliding door opens to reveal a large spacious salon with no apparent division between dining and living room - the coffee table rises to become a dining table surrounded by a sofa. The salon ends with a large glass mosaic wall of recycled crystal, concealing the stairs leading below deck and to the bridge: to the left is the corridor leading to the galley and crew quarters forward, and to the right is the corridor to the control station and forward master suite. The master stateroom is surrounded by windows, with the bed centered and the elements arranged in a semicircle around it. In the center of the lower deck there is room for three guest cabins, all of them double, and the one in the very center serves as a second saloon, which becomes a cabin if you combine two sofas into one large bed.
