SOLSTICE is a 22.64-metre Azimut 72 Flybridge motor yacht, built by Azimut Yachts in 2020, combining contemporary Italian aesthetics with generous interior volumes. She represents a versatile platform equally suited to private ownership and charter operations on the French Riviera. The exterior design by Carlo Galeazzi and interiors by Stefano Righini give the yacht a refined, well-balanced character with timeless appeal.
Since delivery, SOLSTICE has been owned by a single owner and professionally maintained by a permanent crew. She is presented in excellent technical condition, offered with an extensive specification, low engine hours and a consistent service history. A comprehensive programme of mechanical and technical works was completed in 2024–2025, ensuring the yacht is fully prepared for the upcoming season.
The layout accommodates up to eight guests in four en-suite cabins, a notable advantage in this size category. The arrangement includes a full-beam master suite, a VIP cabin, one double guest cabin and one twin cabin, all with private bathrooms. Dedicated accommodation for two crew members is positioned separately, allowing for attentive service while preserving guest privacy.
The interior features a sophisticated combination of Desert Oak and high-gloss mahogany, enhanced by stainless steel detailing, creating a modern yet warm atmosphere. The living spaces are thoughtfully arranged, with comfortable lounge areas and an inviting dining space for hosting guests in a relaxed setting.
One of SOLSTICE’s defining features is her exceptionally spacious flybridge, among the largest in her class. The aft section of the upper deck serves as the main outdoor living and dining area, ideal for socialising throughout the day. The foredeck offers an additional sunbathing area with loungers and a bimini, providing both comfort and shade.
The aft cockpit on the main deck is arranged as a lounge area and leads directly to a large swim platform, offering easy and safe access to the water. SOLSTICE is fully equipped for active leisure, with water skis, a wakeboard, a stand-up paddleboard, snorkelling and fishing equipment, as well as a 3.9-metre Williams Jet tender for quick and convenient shore transfers.
