Description
The SP110 is a cutting-edge technological model that combines innovation and sustainability with a design that favors maximum comfort. The project was made possible thanks to the collaboration of a team of professionals of the highest level: Bernardo Zuccon for the exterior, Tilli Antonelli for Sanlorenzo product development, Marco Arnaboldi for the hull design and Piero Lissoni for the interiors.

The first yacht in the SP range, the "Smart Performance" is the result of an ambitious design goal: to guarantee high performance with maximum energy efficiency thanks to a fractional propulsion system consisting of three much smaller engines with the best weight-to-power ratio. Depending on the conditions and the owner's needs, the boat can travel using only one engine, a pair or all three, thus providing greater flexibility, low consumption and different autonomy depending on the desired speed.

The basis for the realization of the SP110 is a hull designed by Marco Arnaboldi and optimized for the use of hydrojet propulsion. This type of propulsion has an advantage over propeller propulsion because it is less sensitive to changes in the weight of the boat and therefore more versatile. The study of waterlines made it possible to create an efficient hull with a maximum width of more than 8 meters and an overall length of 33 meters. To further optimize flow and performance, various solutions have been used to ensure a significant weight reduction. Lightweight materials such as laminated glass are used for the large window surfaces, which occupy almost 80% of the boat's surface area.
