SWEET LANE

The 37-meter motor yacht SWEET LANE, built in 2017 by Custom Line, seamlessly combines elegance and performance, thanks to its sleek fiberglass hull designed by Zuccon International Project. Powered by two 1,600 HP Caterpillar engines, SWEET LANE cruises at 13 knots and reaches a top speed of 16.5 knots. Having had only two private owners and no charter history, the yacht is in immaculate condition.

SWEET LANE offers extensive outdoor relaxation areas, including a sundeck with a lounging area and bar, an upper deck with large sofas and a dining area, as well as a main deck dining area with a fold-down swim platform. Inside, the open-plan main salon is bathed in natural light, with rich wooden tones and soft light fabrics creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The yacht comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five spacious staterooms: a master suite on the main deck, two VIP cabins, and two guest cabins, all with en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, SWEET LANE hosts a crew of seven to ensure top-tier service.

The yacht's collection of water toys includes a diesel-powered Williams 565 tender, a SEADOO jet ski, and a set of diving equipment, offering the new owner plenty of adventure options.
