Description

MOON SAND is a 55.5-metre motor superyacht delivered by renowned German shipyard Lürssen in 2021. Both the exterior and interior architecture were penned by the award-winning design studio Bannenberg & Rowell, combining timeless elegance with innovative functionality.

The yacht accommodates 12 guests across five staterooms, including a full-beam master suite, a VIP cabin, and three adaptable guest cabins, all designed to offer flexible layout configurations to suit various needs.

Living areas feature panoramic windows that flood the interiors with natural light, as well as an elevator connecting all decks. On request, step-free access can also be arranged, ensuring maximum comfort for guests of all mobility levels.

Outdoor living is central to the MOON SAND experience. Highlights include a counter-current swimming pool on the aft main deck, a sun deck with jacuzzi, bar, and lounge area, an alfresco dining area on the upper deck, and multiple sunbathing zones spread across all decks.

The yacht also boasts an impressive water toy selection, including a Wajer 55S chase boat, a 6.2m Pascoe tender, Seadoos, Seabobs, electric surfboards, a floating dock, and gear for wakeboarding and kiteboarding.

Powered by twin MTU 12V 4000 M53R diesel engines delivering 1,529 hp each, MOON SAND cruises comfortably at 13 knots with a fuel consumption of approximately 250 litres per hour, and offers a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles.

Built to Lloyd’s Register classification and compliant with MCA standards, MOON SAND is professionally maintained and kept in excellent technical condition, representing a refined and capable option for long-range cruising in total luxury.

Monaco

Monaco is a great place to visit all year round, but a few high-profile events are a must-see. In May, it hosts the Formula 1 Grand Prix, which attracts thousands of people to Monte Carlo. If you want to check out some of the world's most impressive yachts, be sure to visit in September during the annual Monaco Yacht Show.

Visit the Princely Palace in the old town, stroll along Port Hercule to admire the yachts, and spend time in the Exotic Gardens. The Oceanographic Museum of Monaco is a truly impressive place to visit, this breathtaking building is built on the slope of the legendary Rocher Monaco. To finish the day, fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Monte Carlo with a visit to one of the most famous casinos in the world.

Monaco offers a wide range of fine dining restaurants. If you're into wine, then be sure to visit Wine Palace Monte Carlo, which showcases the best wines in the world. It is also located next to the Monaco Yacht Club, so you can admire the beautiful yachts while enjoying a drink. Restron at Hotel de Paris is a great place to dine, as is Joël Robuchon at Metropole. If you want to try something different, the Coya restaurant serves delicious Peruvian cuisine.

Bahamas

The Bahamas consists of 700 islands and coral bays in a stunning archipelago that stands out for its breathtaking reefs. The port of Nassau is known as a place that has attracted pirates for centuries. Today, it is a popular place to start or end a charter vacation. The Exumas and Abaco are prime areas for cruising. Some people prefer to charter in Elutra, but this can be tricky as not many yachts are based there. The best option is to fly into Nassau, which has a major international airport with direct flights from various regions including Europe, the mainland US and Canada.

Bahamas are called paradise islands not only due to the azure water and snow-white sand, but also due to the fact that you can go here on vacation even all year round. The strip of annual Caribbean hurricanes pass through the archipelago infrequently. High season is considered the most comfortable time to stay in the Bahamas. It lasts from November to May.

Accordingly, the low season in the Bahamas begins with the arrival of summer. At this time it becomes not only very hot, but also humid. The air temperature can reach up to +33°C. Due to the tropical climate, the air temperature here never drops below +17°C.
