Description

SHEERGOLD is a 42-meter motor yacht built by the renowned Dutch shipyard Amels in 1987 and designed by the legendary Jon Bannenberg. With her graceful canoe stern and timeless profile, she reflects the elegance of classic yacht design while offering all the comfort and performance expected of a modern superyacht.

Lovingly cared for by just her second owner for over thirty years, SHEERGOLD has remained in exceptional condition. A full repaint of the hull was completed in 2022, followed by an extensive refit in 2025, ensuring she is charter-ready and refreshed for a new generation of guests.

Powered by twin 775 hp Caterpillar engines, she cruises comfortably at 11.5 knots. Her steel displacement hull provides remarkable range - up to 5,000 nautical miles - and excellent stability, making her ideal for long-distance cruising.

Inside, SHEERGOLD features a spacious main salon designed for relaxed gatherings, complemented by a formal dining area. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the upper aft deck, while a cozy C-shaped lounge and sunbeds offer a perfect spot for soaking in the sea views.

She accommodates up to 10 guests in four cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck, a generous VIP stateroom, and two twin cabins each with an additional Pullman berth. Up to seven crew members ensure attentive service and a seamless experience on board.

SHEERGOLD is also well-equipped for water-based activities, carrying a collection of tenders and toys such as a Zodiac Medline 550, a Capelli T500 Work tender, a Waverunner, Seabobs, e-foils, and floating platforms that can be arranged into a beach club setup.

Offered for charter for the first time, SHEERGOLD is a rare opportunity to enjoy the sophistication of a true classic reimagined for today’s most discerning guests.

Bahamas
The Bahamas consists of 700 islands and coral bays in a stunning archipelago that stands out for its breathtaking reefs. The port of Nassau is known as a place that has attracted pirates for centuries. Today, it is a popular place to start or end a charter vacation. The Exumas and Abaco are prime areas for cruising. Some people prefer to charter in Elutra, but this can be tricky as not many yachts are based there. The best option is to fly into Nassau, which has a major international airport with direct flights from various regions including Europe, the mainland US and Canada.

Bahamas are called paradise islands not only due to the azure water and snow-white sand, but also due to the fact that you can go here on vacation even all year round. The strip of annual Caribbean hurricanes pass through the archipelago infrequently. High season is considered the most comfortable time to stay in the Bahamas. It lasts from November to May.

Accordingly, the low season in the Bahamas begins with the arrival of summer. At this time it becomes not only very hot, but also humid. The air temperature can reach up to +33°C. Due to the tropical climate, the air temperature here never drops below +17°C.
Belize
Belize is a hidden gem in the Caribbean, offering some of the most spectacular sailing and diving experiences in the region. Home to the second-largest barrier reef in the world, it boasts turquoise waters, abundant marine life, and over 400 idyllic cayes to explore. From snorkeling in the famous Blue Hole to anchoring near uninhabited islands, Belize is a dream for nature lovers and adventurers alike. With its laid-back island vibe, Mayan ruins, and rich biodiversity, a yacht charter in Belize combines relaxation, culture, and exploration in an unforgettable tropical setting.
Cuba

Cuba offers a unique charter experience filled with vibrant culture, unspoiled beaches, and turquoise Caribbean waters. Sail through the stunning Canarreos Archipelago, explore historic Havana, or anchor near untouched islands like Cayo Largo. The blend of colonial charm, lively music, and pristine nature creates an unforgettable atmosphere. A yacht charter in Cuba is perfect for those seeking adventure, authenticity, and the beauty of cruising far from the typical tourist routes.
