Description
Experience a unique opportunity to explore the picturesque coastlines of Greece, Turkey, or Croatia aboard the futuristic 44-meter motor catamaran THIS IS IT!

Created by the Tecnomar Yachts team in 2024, THIS IS IT is a revolutionary catamaran offering vast spaces for relaxation and entertainment. With 600 square meters of windows, this vessel is more than just a charter yacht—it’s a floating villa where the interiors seamlessly blend with the surrounding environment, creating an incredible sense of openness.

During your charter, THIS IS IT can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 luxurious cabins, including a master suite with 3.3-meter-high ceilings, a king-size bed, a panoramic terrace, and a vertical garden spanning two decks. The other 5 suites offer all the amenities and stunning views through large windows.

The catamaran’s interior is a symphony of luxury, where leather and Alcantara harmoniously combine with oak and teak. Bold geometric patterns and marble accents make striking statements, while soft light beige, platinum gray tones, adorned with gold and bronze, create an atmosphere of sophistication.

Guests will enjoy the enormous interior space, including a luxurious salon with a living and dining area, a spa with a treatment area, and a sauna.

The exterior spaces are abundant with lounge areas featuring sofas, sun loungers, and additional dining zones, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The full-length balcony with breathtaking panoramic views provides an opulent spot for relaxation and romantic evenings.

Your comfort on board during the entire charter will be ensured by a crew of 12, led by the experienced Captain Panayiotis.

Embark on a journey of unparalleled beauty in Croatia! Picture yourself sailing along the stunning Adriatic coastline, exploring hidden gems like Diocletian’s Palace in Split. With crystal-clear waters, charming villages, and a rich history, Croatia is a dream destination for yacht charters. Indulge in the Mediterranean sun and create unforgettable memories on the open seas. Your Croatian yacht charter adventure awaits!

While Croatia enjoys a Mediterranean climate, the warmest period is during the European summer (July-August). However, booking a yacht charter in Croatia during the shoulder seasons (May-June or September-October) still provides warm weather for swimming in the Adriatic's crystal-clear waters, minus the peak tourist crowds.
Greece
Greece, a land of fabulous beauty, remains one of the world's most popular travel destinations and has almost 15,000 kilometers of coastline and over 2,000 islands, of which only 170 are inhabited.

There is no better way to explore the beauty of the Greek islands and the coastline of mainland Greece than on a private yacht. By chartering a yacht, you can see unique landscapes and experience the culture of several islands in a short period of time. Some of the islands have airports, making it possible to get to the yacht fairly quickly. The islands are close to each other, and the term "island-hopping" is used here for a reason. You can easily visit a dozen islands during a short cruise, explore isolated beaches with their unique local culture and taste the freshest national food.

Greece has over 250 days of sunshine a year and a typical Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers. The peak cruising season is the summer from June to August, however, May, September and October are also great for yacht vacations. Temperatures are still comfortable, although a little cooler than in summer, and the water in the sea is lovely for swimming.
Turkey
A typical day on a private yacht in Turkey is as much about water activities as it is about endless coastal walks. Look around and you'll find extraordinary stone slabs of cliffs on steep, winding shores, sleepy hilltop villages and ancient ruins - relics of mighty empires - living out their days in the dense coastal vegetation. Boat transitions between islands can be short, giving you the opportunity to enjoy peaceful morning wakes and lazy strolls around the islands and small villages. And if the hiking proves to be too much, you can re-board and relax in the shade on the deck of your yacht. Turkey is a country with a rather hot climate, during the summer season, from June to August, temperatures can rise above 40°C, however, May, September and October are the most pleasant months for chartering in this region, the temperature drops to around 20-25°C and you can comfortably enjoy your trip.
