LEGEND is a 77.4-metre explorer yacht originally built in 1974 as a Class 1 icebreaker and completely transformed by Icon Yachts in 2015. The extensive rebuild included major technical upgrades, exterior redesign, and a full interior refit. Designed for true global expeditions, LEGEND combines rugged capability with luxurious comfort, offering accommodation for up to 22 guests in 11 cabins, including a master suite, VIP staterooms, and flexible twin cabins. She carries a crew of 28 along with a dedicated expedition team that includes a doctor, naturalists, and professional guides.

The yacht’s interiors are crafted for both relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a whisky and piano bar, a 14-seat cinema, and a chandelier-lit dining room. The wellness centre includes a Balinese spa, a 16-person Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and a fully staffed beauty salon. Expansive outdoor decks offer spaces for alfresco dining, barbecues, and open-air movie nights. LEGEND is also equipped with a commercially certified helipad and offers the option of a chartered helicopter. For deep-sea adventures, a five-person submersible is available for underwater exploration.

LEGEND is purpose-built for high-latitude cruising with an icebreaker hull, Rolls-Royce stabilisers, and a transoceanic range of 7,640 nautical miles, making her ideal for polar charters in Antarctica, Greenland, and beyond the Arctic Circle. Her toy garage is packed with expedition-ready gear including landing Zodiacs, a RIB, jet skis, e-foils, kayaks, surfboards, snowmobiles, cold-water diving equipment, and full polar camping kits.
