VILLA SUL MARE is a 44-metre high-performance motor yacht built by Tecnomar. She combines impressive speed with the internal volume typically associated with significantly larger yachts, creating a versatile platform for dynamic Mediterranean cruising. Based in Barcelona, she is ideally positioned for itineraries across the Mediterranean Sea.

Accommodation is arranged across seven staterooms. The owner’s suite occupies the upper deck and is complemented by a private office and a marble-finished en-suite bathroom. Crew quarters are fully separate, ensuring efficient operations and a high standard of service throughout the voyage.

Exterior living is a key feature of VILLA SUL MARE. The sundeck is equipped with a circular swimming pool and sunbathing areas, while the aft deck is arranged for al fresco dining and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The upper deck provides additional lounge areas, creating multiple spaces for relaxation and socializing.
